Proposition d’une échelle de mesure multidimensionnelle de l’engagement en contexte inter-organisationnel

L'engagement des entreprises dans une relation d'échange a donné lieu à une importante littérature. Elle aborde les différentes dimensions de l'engagement, de nature affective, calculée et, plus récemment, temporelle. Si différentes échelles de mesure de l'engagement ont été proposées, elles présentent la limite d'être globales et, le plus souvent, uniquement unidimensionnelle ou
bidimensionnelle. L'article propose une nouvelle échelle de mesure multidimensionnelle de l'engagement en contexte inter-organisationnel, qui a été testée puis validée auprès de 176 entreprises manufacturières françaises. Cette instrumentation originale du concept d'engagement pourrait être utile aux entreprises afin d'améliorer la gouvernance des relations d'échange avec leurs partenaires, notamment dans le cadre des chaînes logistiques multi-acteurs.
