Résumé

L'objet de ce travail est de définir les compétences clés dont doit disposer, aujourd'hui et dans le futur, un responsable logistique. Cette recherche s'appuie sur les résultats d'une enquête menée à l'aide d'un questionnaire auprès de 51 responsables logistiques. Elle hiérarchise et classe en 4 catégories 82 compétences et montre la prédominance des compétences managériales.
