Cet article vise à étudier l'effet de la qualité du produit sur la performance financière. La littérature portant sur le management de la qualité souffre de deux insuffisances majeures: (1) le manque de recherches académiques associées avec l'étude de la relation qualité-performance et (2) l'absence d'une méthodologie statistique claire et rigoureuse dans l'étude de la relation liant qualité et performance. Cette recherche se propose de dépasser ses limites en réalisant une étude empirique auprès de 133 entreprises tunisiennes. Les résultats obtenus montrent que les dimensions de la qualité du produit disposent d'un effet positif sur les indicateurs de la performance financière.
