L'innovation managériale dans le supply chain management : étude des facteurs d'influence

L'innovation dans les produits a déjà été largement étudiée par les chercheurs, alors que l'innovation managériale l'a été beaucoup moins. L'objectif de notre recherche est, au travers d'un modèle de recherche conceptuel et d'une enquête quantitative (à partir de 170 exemples d'innovations managériales dans le Supply Chain Management), de comprendre ce qui caractérise les innovations managériales de ce domaine, à travers une analyse et une discussion des Pratiques Inter-organisationnelles Innovantes (P2I), de leurs caractéristiques (motivations, contexte, acteurs, barrières et objectifs de performance) et de leurs effets sur la performance de la chaîne logistique.
