Paramétrage de la méthode mrp en environnement incertain : une revue de la littérature

Résumé

 Ce papier est une revue de la littérature sur le thème « MRP (Material Requirement Planning) en environnement incertain ». Depuis les années 70, de nombreuses recherches ont été menées pour l'amélioration de la performance des systèmes MRP. Cette performance est affectée par les incertitudes endogènes et exogènes du système de production. Privilégiant la résolution de problème du paramétrage du système de production, cette revue combine les contextes de décision, les paramètres d'action et les effets induits sur les indicateurs de performance. Sur cette base, 78 articles et 7 états de l'art ont été recensés, s'étalant de 1976 à 2010. Donnant un point de départ aux chercheurs et praticiens en gestion de production, cette revue se propose de construire, de représenter et d'analyser la liste exhaustive des paramètres d'action (PA), des indicateurs de performance (IP) et des relations PA-IP étudiés. La nature, les limites des résultats des travaux bibliographiques et la généralisation potentielle de ces résultats sont également discutées. Enfin, une nouvelle direction de recherche est proposée.

David Damand est Maitre de Conférences en science de gestion à l’EM Strasbourg (Université de Strasbourg) et chercheur au laboratoire HUMANIS. Il enseigne la gestion de production. Ses travaux de recherche portent sur l’aide à la décision en planification de système de production et sur la conception d’entrepôt logistique.
