La traçabilité totale des supply chains : concept et modèle théorique de mise en œuvre

Après un rappel des enjeux associés à la mise en oeuvre des systèmes de traçabilité, nous proposons une analyse théorique de la traçabilité des supply chains, dans une vision intra et inter organisationnelle, fondée sur une revue de littérature. Cette analyse confirme l'importance de déployer une traçabilité totale, qui apparaît pourtant difficile à mettre en œuvre. L'insuffisance de travaux empiriques et l'absence d'un cadre théorique clair nous ont conduit à proposer une construction du concept de traçabilité totale et à élaborer un modèle théorique sur les conditions de mise en oeuvre d'un tel système, puis à en discuter les apports et limites.
