Carole Bousquet

Carole Bousquet is an assistant professor at IDRAC Business School, specializing in Change Management, HRM and Strategy. Trained in intervention-research since 2014, she defended her doctoral thesis in 2018 on the articulation between individual and collective competencies to corporate strategy. On the international scientific level, she is currently an elected representative of the Management Consulting Division of the Academy of Management (USA) and a member of the Scientific Committee of the Observatoire du Rebond (Entrepreneurship). Her academic work focuses on the articulation between HRM and strategy, human potential, and the strategic development of small and medium-sized companies, and is linked to other fields such as CSR, marketing, psychology and sociology
