Revue critique de littérature sur les modèles conceptuels de gestion d’actifs - Spécificité du secteur de l’électricité

Diverses organisations éprouvent des difficultés à gérer leurs actifs physiques dans un environnement dynamique et complexe, que peut aborder la gestion d’actifs (GDA) dont le but est de réaliser la valeur au cours du cycle de vie des actifs par une stratégie globale et une décision informée. Les lacunes constatées par ses acteurs, ainsi que le potentiel de l’Industrie 4.0 et de l’Industrie 5.0, introduisent un questionnement sur la conceptualisation en GDA. L’objectif est d’examiner la contribution des modèles conceptuels dans son avancement pour l’organisation et le rôle de l’humain. Par une démarche exploratoire, cette revue critique élabore des critères pour analyser et comparer de façon originale des modèles retenus, tout en relevant la spécificité du secteur de l’électricité. Les réalisations à mener à terme et leurs impacts, l’implication de toutes les catégories d’acteurs, sous certaines conditions, sont des indications pour une GDA multidisciplinaire, collaborative et intelligente, et la maintenance.
