Cet article rassemble les résultats de deux études récentes destinées à offrir aux décideurs tactiques et stratégiques un éclairage sur un ensemble d’indicateurs de performance logistiques et liés à la chaîne d’approvisionnement (Supply Chain). Ces indicateurs peuvent être utilisés pour « le benchmark » des chaînes d’approvisionnement et pour développer des politiques publiques dans ce domaine. L’article est basé sur les résultats des études Benchmarking Logistics (1999) et TRILOG-Europe (1999).
