L’innovation par les prestataires de services logistiques : de quels facteurs explicatifs parle-t-on ?

Cet article explore les innovations logistiques développées par les prestataires de services logistiques (PSL) au Maroc et les facteurs internes et externes qui les influencent. Une étude qualitative, basée sur des entretiens avec des PSL et des start-ups, met en lumière trois types d'innovations : technologiques, de service, et processuelles. Les innovations technologiques incluent l’intelligence artificielle et les plateformes collaboratives. Les innovations de service portent sur la logistique mutualisée et la gestion inverse, tandis que les innovations processuelles impliquent des projets de certification et l’obtention de labels pour améliorer l’excellence opérationnelle. Ces initiatives, mises en œuvre de manière incrémentale ou radicale, répondent aux attentes croissantes des clients, renforcent la compétitivité et contribuent à réduire l’empreinte carbone. L’étude conclut que l'innovation est essentielle pour relever les défis technologiques et environnementaux dans le secteur logistique au Maroc.
